Dish TV network is not trustworthy as they have suddenly withdrawn access to Sun TV, Jaya TV, CNN, BBC etc from Package Maxi tamil Malayalam and the local dealers(BALAABIRAMI WATCHES Chennai)demand additional Rs.50 to restore some of the progaram and he put my call in conference mode to local dish TV which was not effected. The customercare is also not answering on e.mail tomy complaint immediately.The Dish TV customer care officers on telephone line simply inform that these channels are not in our platform and harsh while advising to pay RS.50/
What is the gurantee that they wo`nt ask more after additional subcribtion for an year.
In Tamilnadu the cable TV subscribers are paying only Rs.100/= and shortly it is also going to be digital too.Thanks to Govt efforts. Contacting local office is futile as there is improper response and we donot get immediate connection.We cannot also spend more in 1860 180 8585 as it is STD
Infact I am in free subscription offer for 6 months while installing. on 6th july 2007.
