I own a dish TV, Last week I changed my house to aa near by area. So I called the fu*kers to reinstall the antenna. They did came after four days and installed. But I do not know how they call themselves as service engineers, Just in two days, the alignment changed. I wonder coz there was not even a heavy wind blown. Then I called these jokers again. A customer care executive (???!) answered me. U will definetely kill her for killing your patience. it nearly took 20 minutes for her to understand the spelling for my area in the address line alone. When I say clearly ’ c h I n n a ’ letter by letter, she is repeating me as ’c h y a ’, it took 30 min for saying my address.
Then I asked her to transfer the call to her higher authority. she replied that he went out. The way she replied and put me on hold with out my permission had made my anger to the peak and broke my phone. Just now I came to search in internet whether I can have any suggestion in aligning the dish by ourselves. But I saw these comments and do I really wanna post one and advise any people reading this not to buy or recommend this f*cking service.
now i’ve got a final decision for this. I’m searching for a scrap shop which would give me atleast 100gms of dates for the scrap I have.
