Recently installed dish tv after few days started receiving messages 3 plus 1 offer. I deposited 3 months recharge to get one more month as free as per their offer and deposited 3 months of super family pack. Later it was showing only for 3 months validity. On asking they just said first I should request them for change of package but never informed from the hundred of messages screaming 3 plus 1 free offer. Later they stopped transmission of UTV Movies and UTV Action when the subscription of the same was already paid by me for three months. When called on their customer care they had no satisfactory reply. Just making excuses that this is company policy and they are help less. DTH companies like this should be banned and strict action required by Broadcasting Ministery
