Until you beg a number of times to the call centre people , nobody will bother to come and install at your premises.
when they come for installation.. person comes for installation.he wants to hear the tv sound when he is aligining the antenna..some kind of special sound comes when the antenna lock to a signal..
A re-alignment request takes more than a month..till enjoy the bad quality signal..
Their picture quality and sound quality are not as good as tata sky.
Their set-top box heats up and reboots often. To replace it , you have to take it to the dish tv office ( not your retailer).
Write a number of e-mails , only then you will hear from the dish tv customer care that too only on sunday’s for some wierd reason...
I have decided to dump my dish tv connection..(i still have four months of free subscription left)..i will buy tata sky..you?
