Crooks working in customer service

I had couple of bad experiences with Dish TV. I was out of town for 5 months so I asked my dealer to temporarily disconnect my DishTV connection for 5 months. And I checked in between those 5 months that Dish TV service was not available and only Free chanels were visible during this 5 months. Which means that service was promptly disconnected.


Upon completion of 5 months I asked my dealer to start the service which was done in a day. But to my surprise my connection duration was not extended by 5 months. The due date still remains the


way it was.


Tried talking to there customer service which I hate, coz the call center personals are extremely arrogant. So customer service tells me that we have no record of your disconnection and your due date cannot be extended.


Another case is that I paid 1 year subscription in advance for Rs 400 per month. Later in few months Dish TV reduced the charges to Rs. 300. I was expecting a refund of 100 per month for reminder of months that I have paid for. But customer services says NO,


that   can’t be done.


Please stay away from DishTV
