My VC No is 01514752359. On Sunday 20th April 2014 due to some problem its stop working around 8:30 pm. I called up the toll free number but nobody picked up. I tried that number around 20 times but not getting any response. On 21st April 2014 again I tried in morning but no response. Finally in daytime someone attended my call and ask me the problem.
I informed him there is 303 reinstall error is coming. He asked me if I am in front of the TV. I said I am in office you just book my complaint and send someone who can rectify it. He told me that’s not possible first I need you to be in front of the TV and follow the instruction as he says. I have no option left in evening when I reached home call on that number(Toll Free) this time I told them that I am inform of TV.
Whatever they told me I followed but problem is not rectified. I requested to take my complain and send someone to resolve my problem. Finally he took my complaint and gave me complaint number (166790677) he assured me within 24hrs my problem is going to resolve.
Today is 24th April 2014 but my dish is not working. What the hell you people are doing. Is everyone sleeping? You need to help the customer, give them proper solutions. We are paying the money; you are not giving anything on free. There are other DTH services, I picked DISH TV, is it my mistake!
Just wake up…I am writing again as there is no response from dish tv.

As you mention alignment issues resolved by my end(VC No. 01514752359). And great really great work have been done by Dish TV team they forwarded my complaint to service team after 09 days. Really hats off to dish TV team. I believe you people are done award winning job.
Can somebody answer me why my problem is not rectified from 20th to 25th April? Lots of reminder and calls have been made from my end but no response. Dish TV promised at the time of complaint they rectify in maximum(Maximum) 24 hrs but why my problem is not been resolved even after 48 hrs.
But dish TV did a great job they forwarded my complaint to service team on 1st May (as mention above). Then why no response from service team to me. What did they do about my problem? And what did they do for me. Today is 5th May 2014, still no response.
Kindly do not call me if you do not have a solution. I want to talk to that person who has a solution to all my problems.
