I have been struggling for getting my justice for last one months. This dish tv brand is one of the most unethical service provider. I have upgraded my set top box in Aug 14 . while activation of HD channels I have been told that I will be charged 399 per month.
I got it confirmed fron cc executive twice and got confirmation sms also. But very next month my 600 blown in wind. Nevertheless I had charged it again. Once again the same. When I talked to dish tv Cc executive they told I am running with HD royal plan costing 629.
Where as I had asked for 399 only. So I asked them to check with the voice recording as they claim to record every conversation for quality and training purposes. Then they told its with my seniors. When asked to connect to senior then they replied that they are busy so I will arrange call back k. But I didn’t receive an call. Finally I talked to them in evening.
Now they hav provided me a link to mail after showing their enability to solve this issue. This is a utter nonsense act. I started fighting on social media. I complained on their fb link. I got minimum 15 calls from dish tv and kept reciting my issues time and again. And everyone kept on promising to resolved the issue. But finally one gentleman called me that sir its mistake from dish tv but yr money can’t be refunded. So if a company like dish tv having turnover of trillions cant resolve a issue of 1200 rupees even after its own mistake then its shameful. So don’t dont dont purchase dish tv if u love yr hard earn money.
