Dish TV tries to cheat you in every possible way. I have been their customer for the last 3 years and I know them to the bone. My VC No is 01505279168.
Recently they have floated this scheme called ’Recharge for 1 year and get 45 days free’. I fell for this, yet again. My next recharge date was 1-May-2013 and my switch off date was 4-May-2013. I recharged on 1-May-2013 for 1 year. So as per the offer my next recharge date should have been 14-June-2014 and my next switch off date should have been 17-June-2014. But this is not the case and they have given me only 31 days of free viewing instead of the 45 days that they are advertising with Shah Rukh Khan.
So according to them my next recharge date is 2-June-2014 and next switch-off date is 5-June-2014. So it turns out to be a fraud, a scam. If they cheat all the customers like this, just imagine the magnitude of money they are making by this. They are just bloody cheats.They will make everything to take your money illegally by making false claims.
And I am very sure that as time passes by, probably after 2 - 3 months, my next recharge date will get pre-poned from 2-June-2014 automatically just like that. This has happened in the past also.
Do not ever fall for any tricks that Dish TV keeps floating in the market. These are just another way to make fools of us. Switch to a different provider - Airtel or Tata Sky are much better. My mom and dad have Airtel at my native and they have never faced any such kind of cheating. Atleast Airtel delivers what they promise.
