I booked a new dish TV connection from dish TV dealers at faridabad(sanjiv and sunil batra)on 24th june receipt number 026. Till date no one has come to activate the system since one month has passed, why does this stupid company not close office and go looting some where else. I have records of complaints everyday to the zee office and the distributors office but all has fallen to deaf ears.Everyone says will respond in 24 hours.
Those people now do not even pick up my phone and answer as they know that they will not be able to answer my requests further.
Please be very careful if you want to buy zee dish tv.my suggestion don’t buy as you might be facing another natwarlal fleecing your hard earned money.
will anyone please tell me about my rights? can anyone help me going to the consumer court?
