I booked online connection of DishTV on 9th of Nov. My token no. is 187013. Before booking I called CC and they told me that it would be installed 5th day. But 11 days already passed and there not even a single call from them. They are just making fool of people. If they dont have enough resources and technicians, they should stop online booking or they should tell customtakeouters exact time it would take to install the STB. I called CC several times but I din’t get anything else than just few fixed words. They always say that it would be install today till evening or tomorrow morning for sure. But their evening or morning didn’t come yet.
I mailed to Nodal officer (Harendra_s@dishtv.in) as well but there is no response. If senior persons like Nodal officer is so inactive and irresponsible, its easy to understand how their subordinates would be. Its like they are just concerned making more and more money by telling lies and making people fool.
I trusted because of the name “Zee Network” associated with it. I wonder if it is the same "Zee networks" which runs "Zee News"?? Please let me know the procedure to get my money back.
I suggest others not to choose DishTV.
