About 5 years ago, when I dealt with Dish TV for a new connection, the customer service was not responsive - they were slow to react and that made me never go back to them. When I saw the Lifetime Offer recently and with TataSky not solving my problem of poor reception, I decided to give Dish TV another try. Boy, was I surprised! Dish TV has certainly improved their customer service by a long way.
They were extremely responsive this time around and provided me the connection the very next day! Activation was a breeze and the service was seamless. Quality of reception and channel quality have all been good so far. I find that the Lifetime Offer is a great value for money. The downside is that Dish TV does not have a similar offer with the inclusion of HD channels (if it were there, I would’ve certainly preferred that for a higher package price). Also, you are locked in for 5 years - yes, that can be a bit tricky; but given that 2 years is free, I’ll take my changes and place my trust on Dish TV. So far, they’ve not let me down!
