I feel compared to share my incredibly negative experience with dish tv the level of disappointed meant and frustration I have encountered with their services is beyond words if you are considered in subscribing to Dish TV I strongly advise against it here are the issues I faced
Unreliable Signals and service instructions the signal quality provided by Dish TV was very pathetic I experience frequent disturbance in services and channels frequently freezing or pixellating it was incredibly frustating to have my favourite shows and movies consertinently interrupted making it almost impossible to enjoy any program without constant interruption
Poor customer service dealing with Dish TV customer service and absolute Nightmare their representatives why are unhealthful unsympathetic and LED the knowledge to resolve even the most basic issues whenever I called a report a problem I was made with long wait time UN professional behaviour and lack of interest in resolving my concerns.
Contract and cancellation issue Dish TV contractor on cancellation policies where incredibly unfair and burden some when I tried to terminate my subscription due to the ongoing issues they imposed happy cancellation fees and made it includedly difficult to cancel the service it will write they were intentionally trapping customers into long term contracts with no regard for their satisfaction.
In conclusion Dish TV service have been a complete disappointment the unreliable signal poor customer service hidden fishes out it technology and unfair contract terms have made my experience with them extremely frustrating and regrettable I strongly advised potential customer to explore other service providers that fried rice customer satisfaction and offer more reliable and transparent services TV fast for short of meeting even by Basic expectation of a cable or Satellite TV provider.
