I started using Dish TV last year since then I have encountered many problems and the set top box had to be changed once. When you buy set top box they give you a warranty but there is no meaning of warranty as whenever the service person visits you he charges high visiting charges even in warranty period.Dish TV is very expensive as compared to Videocon D2H and others.If any part of the set top box is to be changed you will have to pay in warranty also.only if whole set top box is to be replaced then it will be done free of cost and still you will have to pay visiting charges.What is the use of such warranty.
They start sending you remainders of recharging your card within 15 days of recharging.which is very irritating.
These are a group of greedy people. Dish TV people are cheaters.
