Purchased a New Dish TV HD connection on 5th July 2012. They were very fast in installing it but they installed it using a faulty Set top box on the day one they said we will replace it. And from that day I am continuously calling the Customer care they provide a new Complain ID every time. The customer care is very pathetic . They really make a fool of you by giving a new complain ID everytime . I would say never ever buy DISH TV. I you wanna make your life hell and burn your pockets and kick yourself up then go and purchase it. It has been 5 days in a row I even called up on the nodal center they say we are helpless.
The number of the Nodal centre is 0120-2821305 and 0120-2821305 and the name of the nodal officer is Harvendra he is such a kind of person that he receives your call and will disconnect it by saying hello .. hello.. I cant hear you.
Just imagine if this happens with a new customer then how they will deal with an existing customer .
Customer care executives are dumb.

The issue has not yet been resolved they have eaten up my hard earned 2600 INR cost included installation. Don’t know what to do now. Please don’t ever go for their cheap packages as you can avail them only when the connection will run smooth. They just don’t care about the customer satisfaction , will never help you out and will try their best in making a fool out of you.
Worst product of INDIA and worst customer support. Highly disliked the product.
