I booked my DISH TV online. Within no time the customer service people called and told me that within 24 Hours it will be delivered and installed at your place. And They did,
But to my surprise, my Mobile Number is not yet registered with them as what they call RMN(Registered Mobile Number). RMN is required to activate or de-activate the services you may require in future.
When they can call on my mobile number which I used for booking, why dont thet register it as RMN. The loophole is that they want us to spend money for sending SMS on their 5 Digit Number.
Many a times I called the customer service regarding this but till date my number is not registered, They do not even give a satisfactory reply.
There is nothing wrong with the DISH TV as such but they must make it transparent about RMN and improve their customer service.
