Dear friends please DO NOT buy any package whatsoever from Dish tv . They have knowingly transferred our renewal amount to a deactivated VCR number and after making several { I mean mannnnyyy } calls to dish tv, they are still unable to help and to top it all they even cut the line. All this after paying on time and without any mistake from our side.
The customer care department is lousy in handling complaints are incapable of helping in case of any issues. They cannot rectify the mistake they have made with the result our money is held up and we have lost tv. They also don’t provide all the channels they mention in a particular package.
They are just duping people and I just don’t believe that SUCH a company can be Asia’s LARGEST dish network. WHY DO THEY RUN A COMPANY IF THEY CANNOT UPDATE THEIR DATABASE IN THE FIRST PLACE ?????
