The worst ever network. I am sick, tired, disgusted of their response.
I have continuously called them for three days, they either put me on hold or fake up a story saying my complaint has been put under URGENT where I will be getting assistance in 2-3 hours! And, I have received assistance on the seventh day after my complaint and they send me a useless inexperienced guy to resolve it and he couldnt. No response again for another week, when it was resolved finally after continuous phone calls.
Worst of all, I had to pay the service charge, the 15 days of no network was on my tv was still charged with no fault of mine, they have the power to disable the free channels too! So, you cannot access your TV at all.
Better shift to something like Airtel/Videocon.
