The film makes huge jumps in logic and there are sudden leaps in the story which you have to work out for yourself. Maybe they did it to keep movie short. So it is short at two hours but loses out on some coherence.
There are also strange things like everyone in an Arabic country speaking in Hindi and a lot of throwbacks to 70s cinema with an underground gangster den and Jay Veeru type rides on a bike with a sidecar. But the jokes and action keep coming at a steady pace and you don’t even mind seeing a Tuffy type dog being used as a device to solve the case. It’s all par for the course.
Overall, a sense of silliness pervades the movie, including the mad climax and you get into the mood to simply enjoy it.
