My connection was working fine till 3.30pm suddenly around 5pm I switched the tv and the connection was gone. Yried calling the customer support team but after choosing the option of speaking to customer support rep the call kept goung on to some online paymwnt gateway as the team is never ready to take the call. This happened till 10pm when I chose to select the option of buying a new connection and then it took straight to customer support rep.
They tried doing the technical side but it did not work and then they say that there is a problem with my dish antenna a d a technician will visit the the place and sort out the issue but the catch is they will charge us for the fault we have not done. No one goes on my terrace and I kept telling them the same but they did not lusten and were freaking rude. They are not at all trained to be polite and give solutions. Top of this they change your package anytime they want without informing you. I have had several such issues in past 3 years but kept quite as my hubby wanted to stick on to this stupid dishtv. They are fooling with customers and instead Airtel is providing better services then this. Dont fall for them. Finally my hubby has decided to switch off this stupid connection and take another.
They are a team of most rude and rubbish people working together to fool around with us and I wont wonder if their own people might have climbed the terrace to create the problem to fetch money from us as I went to terrace and saw that the wire has broken in such a way which it cant happen until someone does it purposefully. This is the way they must be minting money from customers. keep an eye on such fraudsters.
