My husband got a job outside india and so we thought of moving all our household stuff to mumbai and pune . We thought of making one closed container which will be safe as we had some glass items one LCD TV 42" a two wheeler etc. Doing lot of research from internet and from friends I finalized the great divyashree packers and movers and called the representative from bangalore . Next day he was at my place his name is RAJ.
After showing all the items he said it will cost around 24000 which was the highest of all the movers and packers. He also assured me that it will be close container and the same truck will go to mumbai and pune . The boys came on time for packing but there wasnt enough boxes to pack my things so had to give my box ... lcd wasnt packed properly. Very bad experience. Anyway, it got finished at 6pm and they said it will start for pune the same day @ 10 pm.
Next day when I called raj he said yes its on the way but when I called the driver he said they haven’t started and will start only after 2 days I was shock as raj was telling me something else and was worried about my stuff . Finally the truck arrived after 4 days n then I came to know it was a open truck and my goods weren’t on the same truck. After 2 days I got my mumbai delivery. It was very horrible exp. Please don’t go for divyashree.
My point is Mr Raj took extra money from me for express delivery and it wasn’t done I also understand there can be genuine reasons but then u should not lie.
Again the same message from my side thick twice don’t go for divyashree
