I booked for DivyaSree Movers and Packers https://divyasreepackers.com/, some one week in advance before I wanted to relocate. I don’t remember the name of guy I think it was Subhash , but I specifically I asked him if its conformed or not. He said its 100% confirmed.
After one week, I was planning to relocate around 3:00 PM , so I called them in morning around 10:00 AM , to check if everything is fine and they are sending relocation people. They said yeah its confirmed and they will be sending the guys around 1:00 PM. I got relaxed and start waiting for them. I waited till 12:50 and called them again . No one picked the phone. After trying around 10 times some one picked the phone (Subhash again)and when I asked him, what about relocation guys, he very rudely replied that no one is going to come.He said we can’t do it today and you can do whatever u want. I tool leave specially for this purpose and I can’t postpone it .Everything in home was messy .It was so much mental trouble. They made us suffer at the very last moment. Even if they had some issue they could have informed us in morning. How can they leave customers hanging?
We had no option left other than to call other packers. I started calling them one by one. and none of them was ready to come at that instant..Luckily I found one but he charged us 1500Rs more. These people are truly unprofessional and no one is there to listen complaints. These kind of companies should be banned.Because of them we lost money as well as mental peace.
Please don’t ever think about these packers.They will only make you suffer.
