Never go for Diwakar travels, I am sharing my experience, Boarding point is Anandrao circle (last boarding point in BANG). Scheduled departure 10:30. I reached the place by 10:40. I got a very bad response from the guy in the office. I was trying to reach them from 10:15 but the phone was engaged.. He said, ’I called me but it was switched off’.. I did not switch off the phone. I am sure he did not call me. More over it’s highly impossible for the bus to reach anandrao circle by 10:30 as per the departure time in other places, since this is the last boarding point.
The way he answered our questions are intolerable.. I thing he wanted us to leave their place and he wants to sell the ticket to some one.. When I asked for possibility to cancel the ticket , he said no no(impolite manner ).. As it was just ten mins late we asked him if we could catch the bus by going in a taxi, he said bus HAD left 30 mins back and it would have gone 20-30 kms.. All that happened that night were unbearable.. I don’t want others to face the similar issue in future..
