I heard from neighbors and went on to book package tour to Tirupathi Balaji from Bangalore.
I started the journey on 28.11.2017 and to my horror, the volvo bus came half an hour late,
to my pick-up point at Madiwala. When I tried to reach the mobile nos, mentioned on the ticket,
both were coming as switched off.
finally, when the bus arrived at 11.05 PM, I inquired with the conductor of Volvo bus for the delay.
he rudely spoke that "this is Bangalore and bus services are always late owing to traffic.! "
After reaching Tirupati, the hotel given was not at all clean, no soap, no towel.
While leaving the hotel, room service person stated demanding money for his tips.
I said, all the money is included in the package of Diwakar travels.but he kept insisting.
And for breakfast and lunch.the guide demanded 200/- extra.
this should had been included in the Package cost itself.
Ultimately.decided not to book any tour package and Holidays with this Company Called Diwakar travels in Bangalore.
