Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering(DJSCOE) located in J.V.P.D. Scheme, Vile Parle is the part of SVKM(Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal).
I completed Diploma in Electronics from P.V.Polytechnic and took admission in D J Sanghvi for BE in Electronics and Telecommunication in the year 2012 on the merit bases. Cut off percentage are quite high in DJ Sanghvi. D J Sanghvi offers Bachelors and master degrees in various branches. There are 8 department i.e EXTC, Electronics, IT, Computers, Production, Biomedical, Mechanical and Chemical.
The Infrastructure of college is one the best in town. It has 6 floors and a canteen on ground floor. The recently renovated cateen is not less then 5 star cafe. College has advance infrastructure which includes air-conditioned classrooms/ labs, gymkhana, girls common room, wi-fi equipped library and wi-fi facility is provided to all students and conference room. It does not have ground for playing outdoor games is the only disadvantage. But sports during February are held in S P campus, Andheri. Students participate in inter-college cricket tournament which is encourage by college.
D J Sanghvi has events, cultural festival and technical festival. These are the most beautiful days and students come up with creative and innovative ideas.
D J Sanghvi has good faculty. There are many faculty with more than 15 years of experience. Lectures and Practicals are conducted on time. Only few Assignments are given. For Practicals, we an EXTC students get write-ups which saves time. Faculty of D J Sanghvi are always ready to solve doubts. They take extra lectures if needed.
DJ Sanghvi has the best placement. For Computers/IT more than 40 core companies come to college. Companies like Morgan Stanley, Diebold, J P Morgan, Mouthshut, Accenture, Igate, etc come.
Life at D J Sanghvi is pretty cool. You will find the cream crowd of engineering with excitind blend of fashion, money and brain.
