DJinns will never go out of STYLE

Like every party worshipping Delhi-ite, I’ve been anywhere and everywhere in Delhi...I mean, anything for a good party, right?

WRONG. The ever fickle Delhi-ites will never make up their mind. What’s this weeks hot spot? Searching for every new ’’hip’’ place in Delhi usually means driving all around the city in drunken Saturday night traffic and waiting in endless lines. All this nonsense can cause you to lose precious party time. So what’s the solution? DJinns!

Located aside the Hyatt Regency, DJinns is the one place in Delhi that you can count on to be kicking almost any night of the week. You might say that its ’’the perfect place to fall back on.’’

Entry is exclusive and expensive, but well worth the effort. The space is well-decorated and nicely maintained. The crowd is always good, and on a given Saturday night, you’re almost guaranteed to see certain Bollywood glitterati, or at least one of the more well known models.

The music is average, and I’m not too fond of live music on the dance floor, but it does lend an air of sophistication to the place and for those who are interested in live music, the featured bands are usually quite good.

Floor space is adequate, although on a good night, it may still become unbearably crowded.

Drink prices are compatible with most other 5-star venues, but stand out in quality. The Long Island Iced Tea is definitely worth trying.

Overall, DJinns may not top the ever changing list of Delhi hot spots, but its almost always a guaranteed good time.
