People don’t get fooled by their rating. I had a horrible experience with DLF packers and movers. When I booked them for house shifting they said a person would come to see the stuff but no one came, I sent location message and reminded them even a day before shifting but no one came.
Next day they came much later than the agreed time but that was anyways ok however they got a small TATA ACE which as open not covered that too in rainy season(it also rained while shifting). Some of my stuff could not come in that as it was too small, they said that their bigger truck was on other duty so at last moment they had to bring in smaller truck. So in the end one more trip had to be made for which they charged us 2000 extra when getting a small open truck was their fault in first place. Still I paid decent tip to their boys.
More horrifying experience awaits. For two months we had to follow with them almost daily to 1. pick their cartons which were left in our house, 2. Refund carton deposit which they took, 3. Give bill for the amount paid. We are entitled to all of above and not asking for any favour. After really fighting for two months they agreed to refund carton deposit but never gave us bill for the service. Also the cartons are still lying at our house which they do not have time to pick up. I guess we’ll just throw them.
