Very poor packing.Pack of each pair 2 diya’s.I have order 30 pairs at the time of delivery, delivery boy saw 2 pairs are already broken, he said I will returned to store you dont pay this 2 pairs.I paid rest of 28 pairs. After that I opened all pairs and checked.I received total 16 broken pairs of diya’s. I contacted last 5 days to customer care but yet not resolved my issue. Today I received call from customer care and she said you are open packing of pairs, I can’t return back.My question is how I know the condition of product are inside the packing? It is necessary to open and check it.I explained to customer care that the time of delivery all 30 pairs are packed same container of my rest of order.I said my ordered 1350/-for this diya’s so.. why dmart not handling carefully of this product to delivered to me.Customer care lady was very rudely and mannerless talk with Me "you are open packing of this product will not be return back".
