Its been a night mare for me after I have ordered through Dmart.in App on 28th March 2021. I have prepaid my order that was supposed to be delivered to me on 31st March 2021. Today its 8th April 2021 and till now my order is not been delivered to me. I have been following up with the customer care dept on a daily basis since 2nd April 2021. Everyday the customer service guys give fake promise of delivering it by evening and it never happened till now. On 5th April they attempted to deliver me by calling on my Mobile, but since I was at medical emergency I told them to deliver me after 1 hour. I waited till evening that day and they never bothered to deliver me. The next day 6th April when I called up to help desk, they said that the delivery guy tried 3 attempts, and they want to cancel my order.(This is one of the worst brutal harrassment from Dmart) but the fact is the delivery guy never turned up at my place at all. later again the same story repeats that they will try to deliver by today evening. Inspite of speaking to all the Seniors of the Customer service, there is not a single responsible staff who could resolve this matter till now. Looks like the Dmart is not at all organized in Customer service point of view and they are taking every customer so lightly.
My appeal to every Indian who wishes to order from Dmart.in during Lockdown situation. Never try to boil your blood and commit this crime of ordering from Dmart.in during lockdowns and never ever go for prepaid orders. Your order will become a mystery for ever and will never be delivered.
