Hello Everyone, Recently I saw the app Dmart ready in playsrore with more offers and products, I ordered some groceries which was in high discount, the order says your order will be delivered with in 4 days but acctually the products are delivered after 20 days , when I ordered after 4 days I was trying to call the management of dmart but there is no response from there , after 10 days again I make a call, again there is no response, after 15 days I called them again after three to four calls finally they answered my call and the staff is talking very rude and said your product will arrive with in 4 days and shut up the call.
After 4 days ( 20 days of order) I received my products, the delivery bod had no mask , no safety measures, no glosses and not sanitized the products they bought so I said them to take the products back I dont want it, then they took their products back.
Finally there is no proper explanation or answer from the management, no safety measures, no mask , no sanitizer and finally rude behavior of the delivery boy, my advise is to prefer another shopping method other than Dmart ready .
