Hi friends I am using DNA infotel connection from last 3 months with infinity plan speed of dna internet speed was good but their service is too bad. before a three months I am calling one of employee of DNA for the details of new connection next day he came to my home with info that day I gave money for overall 3 month plan the person told me that u will get the connection within 7 days.but even after 10 days I didn’t get connection so I was gone to office of dna n asking about this they said to me there is some problem of wiring n all.and after 15 days I get the connection. after connection for 7 days m facing connection problem issue everydays I am giving complaint.they solve it now I don’t any problem with internet connection. but overall not so good experience with there service.
