’’Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder’’.Although beauty pageant brings out the beauty of a person, you should be rest assured that there are others out there who are much more beautiful but are not judged just because they are not one of the pageants. In my country for instance, the Muslims are not allowed to take part in beauty pageants because they are not allowed to parade in skimpy swimsuits. So does most of the Middle Eastern Countries. Wearing clothes close to nothing will only tempt men. What is most important is the ’’Inner Beauty’’ which is everlasting.
Exterior beauty fades when one grows older but inner beauty lasts forever. It is priceless. Another important feature would be ’’Brains’’. ’’Brains and Beauty’’ must come together. A beauty pageant may be beautiful if she shuts her mouth but the moment she opens her mouth to speak, people will have second thoughts about her. One more important feature would be character. She must have all the lovely attributes of a woman with ’’Virtue’’.
