Do lafzon ki kahani starts with a seemingly bruised randeep hooda who is knocked down by a car. the opening of the film capture your imagination. but sadly the first few minutes lose their way into a not-so great first half .
the film is the story of a boxer suraj who has guit boxing and is now doing odd jobs working three shifts a day while on his last shift he meets junny mathisa a talented sculptor who lost her eyeslight in an accident. thy gradually fall in love and eventually suraj’s past unfolds. after losing a fight on purpose, he commits a crime and is locked up in jail. slowl he frinds his ground again and one understands why he is the way he is.
deepak tijori’s do lafzon ki kahani tries hard to balance the action and the love story. but somehow manages only one at a time. randeep hooda and kajal agrawal’s chemistry fizzles in thefirst to add the chemistry that is clearly lacking between the lead actors. the the second half is much more intresting though.
