I thoght dolphin can give good service as government sponsord and I wanted option for orange and bpl.that prompted me to try it.
network is not good.it hardly catches in suburn.
billing ervice can b said ok.
I hardly like anything about dolphin .i wanted it to have edge over orange and bpl.in that matter it failed.so I mm sad.thats why dilphin made me sad.
once I had to call in emergency from my ward .it was not giving response.i was in mood to through cellular phone..but other day I throw away dolphin card.
