I am using this Dolphin network from past 8 years. Dolphin/MTNL mobile operater is a Goverment network provider.When we talk about its network courage So it’s not bad but network strength is so poor. And Network is not stable and some its disconnected for simplest of reason.MTNL provides a lot of offers for custumers. Best offers for both( Voice and Data Packs) . It give us 40MB of data in just 4 INR. I think it’s totally good but got runied by unstable Network strength.Dolphin custumer care services are not so good. Whenever I make a call to custumer care no after some rings I got call dissconnected. and they cannot take an immideate action to solve this problem.So they need some improovement in custumer care services and network strength.
