Title : Trump Delhi--Both Good and Bad
Review : Well I am a person who has used almost all networks in Delhi...be it Airtel, Hutch, Idea or Trump(Dolphin)
Here I am gonna talk about Trump only
Good Points-
1) Cheap-Trump is cheapest in it’s cateogry-It offers Rs 200 on Rs 330 Coupon.
CallCharges are lowest to Rs 1.50 to any landline\cell\wll Re)0.90 to Dolphin/trump Now if we assume that we make all calls to landline\other cells, we get talktime of 200/1.50=133 minutes.
If we assume all calls are made to Trump/dolphin, we getr talktime of 200/.90=222 minutes
So ur talktime wud range bw 133-222 minutes
Onother hand if u use airtel, u get Rs 150 on 330 coupon.... call charges Rs 2.25 to others and Re 1 to airtel So u get talktime b/w 66 mins-150 minutes Clearly u can see how cost effective it is...further the local p2p sms cost is only 50 paise Also u charge with a Rs 550 cupon which gives u Rs 400 balance and 2 month validity....u save 110 Rs herein 2 months
2) Second good thing about it is that u get better bandwidth during ur call as compared to others.....means....even if I getr 1 bar of signal strength on my phone., ....i am able to get good voice quality....on other hand with airtel, u get voice breaks and frequent call drops whereas this isnt case with trump.
3) No roaming rental----but roaming idoesnt work many times
Now Bad things-
1) Not very good network coverage
2) GPRS facility.....getting delayed and delayed....1st they said 2 oct- then mid oct- then novenber-then 25 november-then early dec......god knows when
3) pathetic Customer care
4) Problems with international SMS.....I was never able to send sms to US (T-Mobile)....u get charged but msg never gets deliverd......and the CC has no clue So in the end I wud suggest Trump to only those people.....who want to talk moreand sms more locally without caring for any frills and network coverage Hutch and Trump are two services that I feel good enough....airtel and idea are crap....with idea being worst
