Generally I don’t write reviews on bus services but this time dolphin travel house made me to write this review.
I booked dolphin travel house bus from yatra.com. I booked it to travel from Pune to Solapur. So on 12th of August I was waiting for bus in Swargate bus stop at 10am.
There was no call or message from travel agent for telling me about bus status.
When I called them they didn’t pick up the phone for three times. At 10.30 they picked up my call then I asked about bus status they said that bus is late for 1 hour so they would reach by 11am. Agent asked me about my seat no. I told him A12 then he said that already someone has sat on that seat. I was totally freaked out because it was very important for me to go to Solapur. After checking he called me and told that that passenger is going down at Hadapsar so they me stand for 20 minutes and I also don’t has any choice.
So I would not recommend you to try this.
