Most of the hotels are horrible & shabby. Some of them are suspended by local Govt. because of their non-compliance to maintain standard minimum infrastructure, hence all the tourist had to enter into such hotels through the back door.
Quality of food being served is equally pathetic. Not only both taste & quality-wise bad, also hair & other things are often being found inside the food. Most of my family members along with my patents fell sick for these dirty food & accommodation.
Committed to provide with small buses, with curtains & push-back seats. Those buses are no-where in the close vicinity, rather being provide with big buses, non-maintained, without push-back seat & curtain, etc. Speed is also horribly slow. It’s really painful for elderly people & ladies to spend the entire day in uncomfortable buses in the day, the manager are simply wiping them out every day very early morning & bringing back to hotels in the night.
Another reason that other travelers are being deprived, because of an elite team of Bank employees, who joined the team at Delhi & Dolphin managers with the support of their management think serving them with the best is their 1st priority, after that whatever worse are left those are for others, which they are articulately communicating also. But unfortunately & most possibly every single traveler along with these bank employees paid the same tour fees, then failed to understand why this discrimination.
Lastly the managers & co. representatives are very rude to the travelers those who are coming up with any objection or being vocal about their problems. These people even are not at all touchy or sympathetic with all these elderly people, senior citizens & women. Now their management & proprietor Mr. Raktim from Kolkata are also very reluctant to talk to my family about their problems, rather trying to smash them.
Can’t believe he is the same person who rushed to my house to get the booking confirmed & made all the false & fairy commitments to my parents & other family friends & relatives.
