I had ordered 2 medium sized pizza for a total of 650 rs. After 50 minutes of waiting my pizza had finally arrived, when I asked the delivery boy why was he so late ? He rudely replied blaming the traffic for his late delivery. Anyway I paid him the money and sent him on his way, I went inside and opened my pizza and I was shocked to see that the size of the pizza was barely more than regular sized and definitely not medium sized.
Secondly, the topping was all bloated as if a very cheap quality cheese was used. The taste was also just mediocre, nothing special. For 650 rupees it was not wprth the money and the effort.
Furious at being duped in the name of pizza I decided to call the outlet for complaining about the poor quality of pizza. After 4 times of trying to call, when they finally picked up they were least bothered aboit my complaint and promised to send me a better pizza next time. But looking at the awful service, I never ordered a pizza again from dom’d.
