My parcel was never delivered. I was always at home no message was left. On their website they just put down person not there message left. whih is completely untrue.
They just want to torture people by not delivering their important time bound packages.
The person just called up to say to me he would deliver it but never came other than that their phone numbers no one ever picks up you can try too. And pune regional office number always comes out to be switched off.
