I am big fan of Domino’s Pizza since 2008. However I personally believe their with time their quality of pizza topping and crust are going down. I would say crust of classic toast is very rough and tough to swallow. Food preparation and presentation it something which Domino’s have to work on. As their pizza are prepared by handed instead of gloves and 20 sec wash would not be enough. As people people have long hairs on hands and it seems very unhygienic though they was they hand till elbow before preparing pizza base.
Liquid cheese used on Pizza mania is also not so good. It would be good if they would use mozzarella cheese. As their pizza mania also cost Rs. 54 after taxes. However what if personally believe that Garlic bread is very expressive as it will cost Rs. 109 after taxes where as it was just normal pizza base with some oil and garlic power.
