Humiliation I suffered at DOMINO’S.

I Pankaj Saini, placed an order at Store Address: Ground and First Floor Plot No. SCO-29, Sector-15C, Chandigarh- 160015 CHANDIGARH, CHANDIGARH
Vide Order No.169 Time 7:03PM. Server:MOHIT
Dine in. Order was 1 Regular HT Farm Fresh, 1 SGB Stuffed GB, 1 N Cheesy Dip. Total billing amount Rs 314/-. Order was placed at 7:03 PM and delivery was made at counter at 7:25 PM.
When I reached the counter I found that my order was kept on counter table and one of the attendant is on phone, I ask him is this my order NO ANSWER from him I matched order no. then I realize that that’s my one. Then I see around it no Salt, no pepper was served.
I compromise its ok because it don’t eat spicy, But its your staff duty to check whether I have served salt and pepper sachet. Your attendant is still on to the phone wonder whom is talking to and I am standing as off as I have committed some fault visiting your Domino’s counter.
Now I ask for tomato sauce sachet. One time repeated, twice, repeated three times and I get an answer from your telephone man in a very rude way saying "nahi milta." And again back to phone. Thanks for showing such courtesy I am really impressed by your services.
Now I finally decided to run of from this dis-respected attitude of your staff. I ask for "Can you give me any carry bag, " Said one time, repeat two time, just about to say third time, and finally your attendant find some time from phone and he said again in a very rude way again "IT IS chargeable RS 10."
Now there are two attendants on counter both on phone, but no one to attend me. Now I realize that I have entered a shop where there is no respect for customers, shows no courtesy for customer and such a rude staff behavior that one get so much humiliated that he fells its his bad time for him. I cant expect that hand napkins and other courtesy from your staff.
I request you please think the sincerity and pain I have gone through those 15 minutes I kept standing at your counter and decided never to visit you again. I really feel dis-respected visiting you. Its high time to look into this matter and teach your staff some courtesy how to deal with customer if you want to stay in business in INDIA. Other wise people says your services is no more required.

Till dated no reply from Domino’s Pizza India, What I have is just the guest feedback reference ID. All are cheaters in Domino’s from ground staff to higher staff.
