Their service, promotions and staff courtesy sucks! This has over time become one of the worst international food chains in India. Dominos used to be our favorite for pizzas, our ordering pattern was at least 3 - 4 times a month. This was when their Baner outlet catered to our area. Their problems seem to have started after the Aundh outlet commenced operations.
Their promotional schemes are NEVER explained by the staff, the moment one asks for it, the staff pounces back on you for the ’coupon code’. They make you feel as if you are in queue for a charity canteen.
My last experience on 3-November was the worst. A pre-recorded telephonic message on our fixed line phone informed us about a scheme (scam) they were promoting. When we ordered in the evening with the relevant coupon codes the store staff informed us that the order has to be online. We called their call centre number who in turn connected us to the store manager, again. The store manager - wanted us to send him the telephone message!!! He claimed their brand never uses a marketing technique like that .At that point I lost it and swore NEVER EVER to order from Dominos again. I am also taking this up with their company officials in India.
