"30 mins nai toh free" is a total waste of time!! ordered a pizza at 6:58pm got the delivery at 7:50 pm!
The delivery boy first claims that 30 mins offer isn’t valid today (no reason why?) called the customer care (Charkop Kandivali branch) and the executive puts all the blame on me for the late delivery!
Their offers are only seen on text messages or online, but u cant avail them! they provide 3rd class service and D-grade customer service.
Because of all this nonsense I returned the order. I will never suggest anyone to order from Dominos.
