Was a loyal dominos customer for past 4 years, now fed up with their attitude of CCR and Delivery Centers, they keep on disconnecting the lines. Orders take hours to deliver, there is no promise on the freshness, it’s all fake. The guarantee of 30 minutes is never kept and delivers after 2 hours that too after contacting Store Manager 5 times ! I dont know what wrong did I do by prepaying dominos pizza ! the last of the incident is happened 15/9/2012 , placed an order in Dominos Website around 9:27 PM by paying through Credit Card, the distance from the Store to my place is roughly 3 kms, even after 10:30 didnt deliver the product called up the store manager promised the delivery is out and will be delivered in 15 mins , have to hear the same for the next 3 times and finally at 11:00 some person delivers a cold pizza. wow ! for travelling 3 kms they took 1:30 hours !! wow !! awesome service and delivery.
Lesson learnt : However loyal you are you will learn the hard way one day never to pre pay for home delivery.
After this incident I really doubt will be ordering from Domino’s again.
