Ordered Dominos for an evening kids birthday party from Nizampet Dominos. It was a weekend and I was told that the order may take time and I was fine about it. It came some 2 hours later. The kids wanted lot of garlic bread sticks, so ordered them but the delivery guy did not bring any. He blamed the guy who packed the pizza. I asked him what to do next and he just asked me to adjust the bill amount. So that’s the customer service you get. I would have expected him to apologize and tell me that he is willing to go back and get the missing order or if I don’t prefer that then adjust my bill amount. But nope, seems they don/t teach the basic customer service at dominos. Especially at this Nizampet Hydernagar branch. Needless to say the kids had a bad time and the whole party was spoiled by it.
This is not one off incidence. I had similar experience (order goof ups, wrong toppings etc) twice before, so warning others to be careful when ordering here. You must really have a truly good luck to get an order correct and on time here.
I am done with this shop and I will go elsewhere for better options.
