Thirty minutes or less use to be the motto of Domino’s Pizza. After several law suites and complaints this is no longer the motto for Domino’s.
I can remember back to a time when Domino’s was one of the best for take out pizza. It would arrive at your door step hot and fresh. More often than not this isn’t the case any more.
The service is less than helpful, could be the kid’s working there, the quality of food isn’t very good and most of the time the pizza is only warm when it get’s to your door.
Our Domino’s Pizza use to be really good. The pies were hot and fresh, the crust cooked to perfection and the pies were loaded with what ever topping you would order.
Once in a blue moon you will still get your pizza the way it should be but it had been our experience that it doesn’t happen this way very often.
I blame the bad quality on the area manager, the consumer is always right even when they are wrong, this is standard practice no matter where you go. If I order a sausage and mushroom pizza that is what I expect. I don’t want a half cooked cheese pizza.
It seems that Domino’s just doesn’t care any more. I can’t say that we don’t ever order from there because we do
when we are in a hurry to eat. I myself would rather drive to town and pick up a Papa Murphy Pizza and bring it home and bake it than to order from Domino’s.
