Well I used to order Domino’s pizza every week (Friday was pizza night for the kids). Lately it seems as if their service has gone way down hill, I’ve even waited the last time for 2 pizzas for 3 hours to be delivered. I kept calling them and asking them would it be easier for me to come pick it up. Then they told me the delivery person couldn’t find my address, which I find this hard to beleive since I have ordered from them every week for the last year. But I gave them the benefit of doubt in case they had hired all new drivers in the last week.
So I went and picked up the pizzas and of course it was cold and nasty, I asked to speak with the manager (who was very rude) and he told me that they could fix me new ones and that I’d have to wait about 30 more minutes.(by now we are waiting a total of almost 4 hours to get pizzas)
By then my patience was on the line and my starving kids were well you know starving.
So I asked the manager if I could use the phone I called
their corportate office and told them my situation, they agreed that this was unexceptable and wanted to know if I wanted free dinner on them. Well I told them the manager was standing right here and she talked to him and I also ended up with 4 free pizzas to use anytime after they hung up.
So my feelings are it all depends on management, and all at the Domino’s that you go to. And I can say thier corporate office is WONDERFUL, and if anyone ever has a probelm please call them or email them and let them know the service they are getting, corporate doenst know unless someone calls them and tells them.
But as I said it all depends on which location you go to, I have called other loactions and gotten great service, and food.
