I ordered a four pizza combo +garlic bread with dip from the Dominos Kaushambi store at 8.27 pm last night(14/08/08)and was told that the pizza will be delivered in 45 minutes. When it was not delivered by 9.45 pm I called up the outlet . This is what I found.My order no was 110.Time of placing the order by me was 8.27 and time of issuing the pizzas was 8.45. The promised pizzas were never delivered leaving me red faced before my friends. We went out and ate at Pizza Hut. The distance between my house and Dominos is only 2 KM. I made several phone calls to the Dominos Pizza outlet in Kaushabi and they kept telling me that the Pizza will arrive any moment. Thank God that after 1.45 hours I thought enough eas enough and went out to eat.
I AM AMAZED THAT THEY TOOK THE ORDER , KEPT ASSURING ME THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED AND THEN NEVER DELIVERED THE ORDER AT ALL.
Needlees to say it is the last time I have ordered from DominoS. If you visit the website of Dominos they now say in the small print at the bottom
Because safety is a priority "You Got 30 Minutes™" is not a guarantee but an estimate.
I know that the 30 minuts nahi to free ad is dead and so are the tall claims but 30 minutes nahi to no pizaa must get the gold medal for the Bad Customer Service Olympics 2008.
