When you go to Dominos, the only thing you expect from its Pizza is overloaded with cheese. And when we did not get that, there was obvious disappointment, the pizza was so bland without cheese, we had ordered for a Peppy Paneer Chesse Burst Pizza, but turned out to be miserable.
So there was obviously going to be a fight and we thought the same. Never mind, we thought we will fight them out for the 100 bucks they charge extra for cheese which they fail to provide. After gearing up, I went up to them with full anger and hope they would deny and argue. But to my amusement, the service boy readily accepted his mistake, and asked me to wait for 10minutes for a replacement. Also told me to take away the pizza without cheese. The new one that arrived was perfect with cheese oozing out of the crust and we were happy.
So one thing I learnt, it is human to make mistakes but the best to deal with it is accept and go ahead. Hats off to Domino’s for this attitude.
