Received a coupon by e-mail to avail of the day’s offer "Buy one Take one free offer" from Domino’s Pizza only for Friday the 13th. November 2015.
Offer being from such a renowned Pizza joint and a good deal, we opted to place the order as we’re still in a Diwali mood.The advert clearly says order online or by phone. Oh, sorry to say that the online website is not working at all and has very limited info.This was also confirmed by the help line operator.
After so much delays we placed the order by phone for home delivery with Domino Pizza’s Andheri West outlet for a Double Cheese Margherita Pizza and shelled out Rs. 410/- inclusive of taxes.
Two Pizza’s home delivered on time, but it was such a night mare as both Pizza’s were so, so thin, stiff like Cardboard and the edges were all curling up-so uneven. There was no double Cheese and the Pizza’s had nothing in it to be called a Pizza.
How can Domino’s ever want to market such a product and then call it a special offer.This really spoilt our entire happy Diwali season and our Dinner. So angered, just unbelievable-and imagine all this from Domino’s Pizza . Such waste of our money and such waste of our precious time.
It seems that Domino’s Pizza outlets are not interested in serving the customer at all, but to make a quick buck by fooling the customer.Such poor quality.
Gone are those days when they would market a very tasty dish named " SAMS"-it was a spicy Samosa.They have also done away with the dish named " Deep Dish"- a large, fluffy and loaded with Cheese Pizza.Why did they have to eliminate them from their Menu.
So unfortunate, now Domino’s Pizza seems to be nose diving or as they say could this be the real domino effect. So sorry.Please stop fooling the customer and remember that "That The Customer Is The King’.
